How are the labels attached to the bags?
The zipper-top bags have a window slot in which the label will be inserted. Reusable tag holders (like luggage tags) have been purchased for the older drawstring bags and a supply of these tags was sent to each ILDS location. The printed label will be inserted into the tag holder each time the bag is used. Old tags should be removed. Remember, each bag must have a new label every time it is used.
