The CustomArrayâ„¢ Stripping Kit is designed to provide reagents for stripping and preparation of microarrays for subsequent re-use. The labeled targets are stripped as a result of chemical denaturation of DNA:DNA and DNA:RNA hybrids. This denaturation is performed under very stringent conditions to ensure complete target removal. Please note that the protocol is designed for CombiMatrix microarrays that have standard oligonucleotide probe length of 40-mer or less.
