How are the jurisdictions represented on the HRTA?
HB 3202 provides for each of the twelve jurisdictions to be represented on the HRTA by their highest elected official or their elected designee. The General Assembly leadership appointed three non-voting members from the General Assembly, and one additional non-voting representative from both VDOT and VDRPT.
