How are the IQ Matrix Posters Shipped, and what are the time frames for delivery?
All IQ Matrix Posters are packaged securely within heavy duty rolls that are designed to protect the Posters from physical and water damage. This process is undertaken meticulously to ensure that the product you purchase is safe from accidental damage during transit. All orders of IQ Matrix posters that are received by Sunday afternoon (Australian Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped out the following Wednesday afternoon. All orders are shipped once per week on Wednesday afternoons (Australian Eastern Standard Time). Australia Post shipping estimates are based on Australia Post’s turnaround times. Please use these only as guidelines. We cannot guarantee the length of transit of products once they leave our dispatch facility. However, as a general guideline, orders shipped to destinations within Australia can take up to 3 to 5 working days. International orders on the other hand can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to reach their destination.
