How are the internships secured?
We secure internships by selling companies on the attributes of employing an ISI intern. The employer enters into an agreement with us to hire one or more of our applicants from our pool of candidates. Our client employers then supply us with their company infomation, job description, job requirements, and number of openings. We search our database of pre-enrollment candidates for the best possible matches for the open positions. We then set up a resume screening for the employer to review the candidates we have selected, and the employer selects the candidates.
