All of our instructors are Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) Certified and have completed a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Program of 600+ hours. The PMA is an international organization dedicated to upholding the highest standard of quality teaching and education in the Pilates profession. We continue to study with master teachers on a regular basis to enhance our knowledge and to further our depth of expertise.
