How are the individual postgraduate offices allocated?

0

there are 3 individual postgraduate offices situated on the mezzanine level. these are available in 4 month blocks to students in the third or 4th year of their phd. students are only entitled to one period in an individual office (unless, for whatever reason, no-one else wants one). offices are allocated by a random ballot carried out by the PAC co-chairs. anyone interested in getting themselves an individual office should contact one of the PAC co-chairs to find out when one will become available and to enter the ballot.
