How are the images applied to Edibles cookies?

We use a special food coloring ink to print your image onto an edible sugar paper. The edible paper is virtually tasteless, and once applied to the cookie it absorbs into the frosting and becomes part of the cookie itself! On our Bites and Bigger Bites, the sugar paper occasionally does not fully absorb into the frosting, but it is still edible. In this instance, the image sheet can either be eaten with the product or peeled off.
