How are the HOA Board members determined?
As set forth in the HOA bylaws, Board members are elected by homeowners to serve three-year terms. There are five Board members who serve “staggered” terms so that the Board has continuity. The election takes place at the annual HOA meeting in February. Board members elected agree to serve on a voluntary basis, without pay.
