Most installations include the gates being hung from steel gate posts. The gate posts are solidly set in a concrete bed approximately 4′ below grade. Gate posts are installed before the gate leaves so that the exact measurement of the gate leaves can be determined. The gate leaves are then custom fabricated. Most gates are set within 3-4 weeks after the gate post installation.
