How are the funds raised from the Race distributed?
75 percent of the Komen Southern Nevada Race for the Cure’s net income stays in Southern Nevada to fund local breast health screening, treatment and education services for the medically underserved through our Grants Program. The remaining 25 percent goes to fund national research to discover the causes of breast cancer and, ultimately, its cures.
