There are various anchoring systems. If the structure were to be mounted to a concrete pad or footing, then traditional concrete anchors would be used. The VersaTube Building System® offers a 36″ auger anchor that is intended for use when a structure is mounted directly to dirt or gravel surface. There are several other types of anchoring that can be used by the installer, so long as they are sufficient to meet the wind loading requirements for the area.
