VOCA and RASA County allocations are determined on a formula basis that takes into consideration the annual average of the most current five years of data: county population, which is weighted at 25%; target crimes, which is weighted at 25% and penalty assessment collections, which is weighted at 50%. VOJO county allocations are determined on a formula basis that takes into consideration the annual average of the most current five years of data: county population, which is weighted at 25%; juvenile dispositions, which is weighted at 50% and penalty assessment collections, which is weighted at 25%. JABG allocations to each unit of local government are determined on a formula that takes into consideration law enforcement expenditure data, which is weighted at two-thirds; and annual average number of Uniform Crime Report part 1 violent crimes reported by each unit of local government for the three most recent calendar years which is weighted at one-third. The minimum allocation is $5,000.
