How are the flowers delivered?
Our flowers are delivered via FedEx, and while they are well-hydrated beforehand at our growers’ farms, they are shipped out of water. It is important to cut the stems and get the flowers in water as soon as possible after you receive them. They will be fine out of water while in transit, but should be rehydrated promptly upon receipt.
Answer – all our bouquets are carefully packed in a custom made sturdy mailing box, and are dispatched using the Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery Service, which guarantees next working day delivery before 1 pm for most of the UK, although later times apply to some remote parts of Scotland and some off shore Islands. This is the best service provided by the Royal Mail, and we can track and trace you order from the moment we dispatch it to the moment it arrives.
