All editors/programmers have university degrees in English or related Degrees. Most have had 20 years and above, experience as teachers of English in English Speaking Countries. Most have been supervisors of teachers of English. They have a richness and depth of experience in editing for improved literacy in English and in programming for developing literacy skills in English.
