How are the duplicators and replicators qualified?
The vendors in our system have been screened by our staff either by a face-to-face visit or, at a minimum, by checking them out by phone and over the web. Also, we’re gathering comments and ratings for each vendor. If a vendor is found to have quality or customer service problems, they will be removed from the system. When we gather enough vendor ratings to be statistically relevant, we’ll actually be listing the vendor’s quality rating right next to their bid. [ top.
