Each fall each committee chairman of OHA committee’s prepares a detailed budget. The OHA Board of Directors reviews these budgets, in detail. The OHA Board insures that each committee’s expenditures represent the plans of the OHA for the coming year. The total of the combined budgets divided by the number of homes in Oakwood determines the yearly dues per homeowner.
