How are the different teams composed?
At Team Tulsa we try to provide two teams for every age group. This is governed, however, by several conditions including coaching availability, number of players, practice site availability, etc. There have been times in the past when we have fielded three teams for an age group. There have also been times when only one team is fielded per age group. Our Select teams are considered our more competitive teams and will participate in higher level tournaments and will also require a greater commitment from its players in terms of finances and time as these teams travel extensively and their playing season can be extended through the month of July depending upon whether they qualify for Nationals, which is the goal of all Select teams. Playing time on our Select teams is not guaranteed. Everyone has the opportunity to practice and playing time will be at the coachs discretion. Concerns regarding playing time should be addressed following the clubs grievance procedure. Our Elite and Attack
