A. On the bottom of the Personal Monument, you will find a bronze finished closure panel secured with screws. Unscrew and place this bottom panel to the side. Open the temporary container holding the cremains. You should find that the cremated remains are stored in a plastic bag. Place this bag into the Velvet Liner that comes with each Personal Monument. This is strongly recommended to offer the absolute highest level of protection and to ensure the remains are laid to rest respectfully. Place the Velvet Liner inside the Personal Monument and secure the bronze finished closure panel with the screws.
