Prior to beginning work the Prime Contractors submit to the Construction Manager, documentation on the materials to be incorporated into the work. This documentation is reviewed by the Construction Manager for compliance and forwarded to the Architect for final approval. The Prime Contractor will only be allowed to install approved materials. The Construction Manager will provide a job superintendent to coordinate all work on site. His responsibilities will include inspection of workmanship and materials to insure that all work is in accordance with the plans and specifications, as well as the approved submittal.
