How are the coaches chosen?
Applications are sent out to all the U-10 coaches in addition to the current select coaches at the older age levels. The criteria for selecting a coach are character, coaching experience and level of coaching license. The coaching candidates will be interviewed by a “select committee” comprised of approximately 5 members and then the decision will be presented to the Tosa Board for approval.
