Coaches are volunteers although they must meet certain criteria to be a coach. The first thing is that all coaches and board members must pass a criminal background check. All coaches are then certified through the NWGYFL. We also rely on parental input when choosing coaches so; we do read the coach evaluation forms from the previous season.
