How are the coaches and counselors selected?
All of the coaching and counseling staff goes through an interview process to ensure that they are qualified and that they meet our standards. We also do a complete background check on all staff that work at the camps. All instructors go through a rigorous certification program that includes both classroom and on-field testing with Cal and Bill Ripken. It is extremely important to us that every coach delivers the most positive and unique coaching experience to each camper.
