At this point we do not know the exact answer from GSUSA. But, what we do know is that as we go through this transition period, girls will not lose out on experiences, projects, or awards they have already started. Girls should continue activities and recognitions as planned. What we do know is that GSUSA will update the requirements for the Girl Scout Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards for release in 2009, and will provide a transition period for girls to meet the updated requirements.
