How are the boxes barcoded?

Peter Illand Archival supplies you with a sheet of barcodes, you place a barcode on a box in the appropriate place and record the barcode number for you records. If you have your own method of recording boxes we can add that to our system and you can request a box using that unique code. When you call us to uplift new archive boxes we firstly scan them into transit, then when they reaches our store they are scanned into incoming which records there entry into our store, at this point any files within the boxes which you have barcoded are then scanned, the boxes are then scanned into a location where they remains until requested.
