How are the bills paid?

0

CFCU processes the payments you make through Bill Payer in two ways. The first is through electronic funds transfer. Your creditors who are paid in this way receive your payment and payment information (including account number) electronically. The second method of processing payments is through a check, issued by the Processing Center in your name, to the payee you have designated. These checks include your name, address and account number. These checks are sent through the mail.

On the payment date you set, the money is deducted from your UFCU account. The funds are then processed and sent to the payee either electronically or by check, depending on the payee’s preference.
