How are the bags delivered?
Your bags are delivered ready assembled (except where an item is deemed to travel better packaged separately, such as the quills – in this case you will simply need to slot them into the bags when they have safely reached you). Parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail or our courier service and a signature will, in most instances, be required on receipt. At check-out we ask for a contact telephone number to ensure that the couriers are able to make contact should they be having problems finding the delivery point.
