How are the ackups and
estores performed?

Both backups and restores are done via your Web browser and the Web Admin screen (www.youripaddress.com/admin/maintenance). Several levels of backup are available with Cobalts built in backup system. The RaQ’s use a version of Legatos and the Arkeia backup software for backing up your data to the hard drive or alternate server. We suggest daily backups if possible. You may back up your data to the Cobalts hard drive or use your FTP client to download the backup to your personal hard drive. AMRAY does provide a secondary line of backup support for the Cobalt RaQ servers at an additional charge.
