How are the awards issued for multiple sector journeys?
A. In cases of requests for Award Tickets for multiple sector journeys where a separate flight coupon is issued for each sector, Mileage Points required to be redeemed will be the sum of the Mileage Points of each sector. If you are issued a single flight coupon for an international journey, which originates or terminates at an interior point in India and necessitates either a change of aircraft or a transit stop at a Gateway Point in India, Mileage Points required to be redeemed will only be for the international sector from or to such Gateway Point. (For e.g., for a flight from Bangalore to London via Mumbai, on a single flight coupon, Mileage Points required to be redeemed will be only for the sector Mumbai – London.
