How are the assessments supervised?
A – The assessments need to be undertaken under formal observation. The observer should be your transport manager or an equivalent or higher level manager. If your company structure or size precludes this (for example, if you are an owner/operator) your observer should be a management representative of the main consignor company with whom you are currently contracted to carry dangerous goods.
