How are the Arcadian Circles formed?
A. An Arcadian Circle can be formed anew or arise from an already existing group. Existing groups include family units, geographic units (such as an apartment building), special interest units (poker group), educational units (book group), age-related units (senior center), school units (college), religious units, and many more. Arcadian Circles can be built around almost any commonality that draws individuals together. The ways that Arcadian Circles can interest and draw participants are many, and many more will be developed as the Arcadian Circles start to work and we learn the best approaches from experience. The Arcadians will maintain an online database of methods and techniques that have been tested and found successful.
