Each course is conducted over four three hour sessions. The online classes are led by live instructors so you get the benefits of a classroom situation in your office. The classes have a good balance of lectures, discussion and individual exercises to help you develop the skills necessary to effectively lead projects from start to finish. Requirements: All IIL Virtual Classroom courses require a headset equipped with a microphone.
