How are teams selected for entry into the tournament?

Teams that participated in the previous year’s tournament are given their spots back. Any remaining spots will be filled by teams selected by us. We will select teams that will best round-out the geographical representation of teams. Preference will be given to teams representing a state or region (75% of roster from a specified state or region).
