How are teams handled?
TeamBuilder is not designed with any type of incentive for hiring team members (defined as an individual sales professional hired by the company who reports their production under a team or other individual). The hiring of a team member is not an eligible hire under TeamBuilder. A sales professional hired under the guidelines of TeamBuilder who later joins a team within the company would become an inactive TeamBuilder hire. The production bonuses previously paid to the Sponsoring Sales Professional then end effective the date the sales professional joins a team. In the instance when an entire team has been recruited to the company and the production of that team is reported under one individual, this is a “team hire” and qualifies as one TeamBuilder hire, with a production bonus being paid to the Sponsoring Sales Professional on the cumulative production of that team.
