How are tapes over 2 hours billed?
Each DVD can only contain up to 2 hours of video footage. Once that limit has been reached we are required to start a new transfer for the remaining footage and, therefore, charge for a second transfer. All footage exceeding the 2 hour limit will receive a separate DVD. Example a 4 hour cassettes will receive 2 separate DVDs one for the first two hours and one for the remaining 2 hours and will be charged for 2 transfers.
