(Return to Questions) TANF benefits can be issued by on of three methods: • Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) normally available the next day (your EBT card is generally provided the day you apply); • Direct Deposit (to a bank account) availability determined by the bank; • Papper Draft sent to the mailing address you provided The Medicaid card for family member is sent to the mailing address you provided and this card is permanent.
