How are SUs Dialogue Circles different from the 2001-2004 staff diversity training initiative?
Participation in Dialogue Circles is voluntary and allows for extended dialogue over a six-week period. University staff members that choose to participate learn from each other through sharing stories, opinions, and observations, culminating with action steps the individual participants commit to in order to work toward eliminating racism.
