How are Summer Associates reviewed?
Summer Associates are formally reviewed at several points throughout the summer. The Summer Program Coordinators are responsible for the reviews, which are based on many factors, including work quality and productivity, initiative, and responsiveness. Summer Associates also receive individual feedback from the lawyers with whom they work during the summer.
