How are students with disabilities graded?

Students with disabilities who are accessing Sunshine State Standards (SSS) with accommodations should receive grades based on the progress on SSS and integration of those accommodations. Specific information regarding the student’s progress toward mastery of Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals is not integrated in the academic grade but is accomplished by providing a copy of the student’s IEP Goals and Benchmarks insert (Insert B) with a completed status report on goals to the parent.
