How are students selected for the Governors School?
The guidance director of each high school receives information and application materials. Each school may nominate a designated number of students based upon the size of the junior class. Eligible students are screened and nominated by their schools. Nominations are made on the basis of criteria provided by the Governors School. Students who are interested in the program should contact their guidance offices for further information.
