The reporting party submits a written statement to SJA (by email or on paper) and includes any documents or other evidence related to the suspected misconduct. SJA reviews the report to determine whether it describes conduct that may be a violation of University standards. In most cases, SJA creates a disciplinary file and notifies the student that he/she needs to meet with SJA to discuss the matter.
