How are students matched?
The M and M team match students, based on the information that they have supplied on their online application form and the type of support that is required by the mentee and the type of support that the Peer Mentors/Wellbeing Buddies/Sport Mentor and Befrienders can provide. In addition the M and M team also look at the student’s personality characteristics that they supplied when they registered to the programme initially.
