How are students matched up with companies?
Students are matched with companies based on their option (major) and the research project of the host Japanese company. Resumes are sent out in late-October to companies who have committed to host a student (minus contact information). The companies then rank the resumes. Please note: interviews take place after resumes have been submitted to companies, thus some students may be disqualified in the interview process.
