How are students in the Expanded Options Program entered for ADM?

0

A student may be, and in most cases will be, participating in the Expanded Options program and taking high school courses concurrently. As such, separate and accurate ADM records must be submitted for the student’s participation in the high school program and for eligible courses under the Expanded Options Program. In order to accurately report each student’s membership, college coursework enrollment must be converted to quarter-credit equivalent hours. See the ADM Business Rules for additional information. Enter the quarter-credit equivalent hours in the Hours of Instruction field. Use ADM Program Type Code 11.
