How are students evaluated during their Co-op semesters?

There is a mid-semester evaluation form and a final, more detailed evaluation completed by the student’s employer at the end of the semester. The student is also responsible for completing a self-evaluation form and meeting with his/her Co-op Coordinator before a satisfactory grade is awarded.
