How are streets chosen each year to be included in the Tree Lawn Program?
A consultant completed a survey in 2005 of all of the trees in Rocky River. The City and the Beautification Committee have been selecting streets based on the survey results and neighborhood requests attempting to first address the streets which would benefit the most from an infusion of trees. Timelines for sewer and repaving projects are also considered. Streets from all of the four wards are included each year.
