How are source data integrated into the TraM system?

0

Any biomedical domain database can be a potential source database for TraM, regardless of how data were organized in the original source database. For data stored in electronic database systems, we provide configurable data translation tools that can restructure and standardize the data to make it uniform for integration. For data that are not in electronic forms (i.e., Excel or paper files), curators can directly enter data through the curation interface of TraM. Curators need to be trained on how to use the curation interface.
