How are Soloists Chosen to Perform in the Recital?

After trying many various ways over the course of many years, and due to the length of the show, we have had to narrow down the numbers considerably. We now only have graduating seniors and those students that reach a certain level of achievement during the competition season participate. If all soloists were in the recital the show would be over 6 hours long!!!
