The holiday pay entitlement is calculated as 8% of your monthly pay. We retain this amount to create a fund, so that we can pay you holiday pay when you are on holiday or off sick. If you don’t claim for holiday/sickness throughout your contract, at the end of your contract the money we hold back will be paid to you as a bonus.
