The Artistic Director invites current perspective Shin Dance Academy students to become a part of the Shin Dance Company. The perspective members then review the contract, and if they agree to the terms and conditions, sign the contract and accept all the responsibilities of the ‘Company’ membership, then they give oath to the Shin Dance Company.
